Cabinet des Modes, 14e Cahier, 3e Figure

June 1, 1787

 PLATE III.

WE have drawn in this Plate a silver Oille* Pot, that could also be called a Soupière. This Oille Pot has two handles, decorated on each side with large parsley leaves.

Its Cover is surmounted with an artichoke whose leaves spread rather far over the Cover.

This Piece of silverwork is taken from the Workshop of M. Bouty, Merchant Silversmith, rue S. Eloi.

* A type of ragout with beans and meat.

The four Coiffures that we give here, have been designed in the Shop of Mlle. Roussaud, Mde. de Modes, rue du Thèâtre François.
