A Most Beguiling Accomplishment

I was nominated for the Liebster Blog Award back in January by Nessa of Sewing Empire , but I completely forgot about it! However, I've found it again just in time for CoBloWriMo , or Costume Blog Writing Month, which I'm attempting to participate in to at least some degree. The rules, as you may know, are to answer the interview questions set to you, list eleven bloggers with fewer than 200 followers* to receive the award (and notify them of their nomination), and come up with eleven questions for them  to answer. This past week, The Choll (at Thread-Headed Snippet ) gave me the Very Inspiring Blogger award.  It means a lot to me!  I know I don't sew very much - and now that I've started a job as a full-time temp receptionist I will probably sew even less, even for my Etsy store - but by posting the Galerie des Modes and other fashion plates and miscellaneous information I do hope to inspire people. I am a very messy person.  My bedroom is just full of stuff (mostly books and clothes), and about half of the family room is covered with supplies and scraps for all the white cotton collars and ruffles and chemisettes I've been making.  I just have a tendency to spread out everywhere and take up all available space. 2. I love starting to write fiction, but I usually don't finish anything because I start working on some other endeavor (usually sewing) and lose the creative impulse.  Most of the time, when I start to write something it's because I've read some non-fiction and I want to explore a situation or historical person.  When it's relating closely to royalty (which is often), I write in some other universe so I can control all the history and plot.
