All I can find is the text.
Many thanks,
AylwenAylwenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12522598956584641071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-8888803648048154582012-03-26T08:38:01.530-04:002012-03-26T08:38:01.530-04:00Looks great! Agreed with Taylor--if they're standing away from the body, they might be a touch too tall (had the same problem with my last pair--and not only does it make them look a little funny, but it makes fitting a gown fussy, too). As an aside, I highly recommend Wm Booth, Draper for pretty much anything (but full disclosure--the family are friends of ours).Rowennahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09757364614589686606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-46997486341880829492012-03-20T19:48:48.280-04:002012-03-20T19:48:48.280-04:00Hm. Now that I look at the pictures again, it does look more than it should be. Do you know of a rule of thumb about where the top of the stays should hit on your back?

Thanks for the advice!Cassidyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03596345781746342408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-20596802657180621002012-03-20T14:34:13.034-04:002012-03-20T14:34:13.034-04:00Doh...put in the wrong web address! ladiesinfashi...Doh...put in the wrong web address! ladiesinfashion.blogspot.com...Taylorhttp://ladiesinfashion.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-76014720259374484802012-03-20T14:32:56.527-04:002012-03-20T14:32:56.527-04:00The back of the stays jutting out like that is bec...The back of the stays jutting out like that is because they are too tall. If you haven't bound them yet, it may be worth cutting the tops down. Start slow- only do about a half an inch at at a time and try them on after each cut. I know it is tedious, but it will be worth it in the end. Other than those minor fitting issues, these looks great! Stays are definitely one of those work in progress things. It wasn't until my fourth pair that I had a set that I was 100% happy with, so don't feel bad that you have a few "next time I'll do it this way..." bits.Taylorhttp://damesalamode.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-44988242302239355262012-03-19T21:46:16.820-04:002012-03-19T21:46:16.820-04:00Think you'll help me drape the lining, or shou...Think you'll help me drape the lining, or should I just scale it up this time?Cassidyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03596345781746342408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-17903488978901965652012-03-19T21:44:25.552-04:002012-03-19T21:44:25.552-04:00Thanks!Thanks!Cassidyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03596345781746342408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848073453811666225.post-8903294263421952192012-03-19T21:36:14.217-04:002012-03-19T21:36:14.217-04:00Thank you!
